Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdForge (the "App"), available at adforge.tripletakemarketing.com and operated by Triple Take Marketing ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information. AdForge is an internal tool our team uses to manage Google Ads accounts for the clients of our agency.
1. Information we collect
Information from your Google account
When you sign in with Google, you choose whether to grant AdForge the following permissions. We receive:
- Basic profile (OpenID and email): your email address and a Google account identifier, used to sign you in and to record who made each change.
- Google Ads (
adwordsscope): access to the Google Ads accounts your Google login can already manage, including account names, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, negative keywords, ad assets, audience settings, search-term reports, performance metrics, recommendations and change history. - Google Docs (
documentsscope): access used only to read and add entries to the single change-log document configured by our team. AdForge does not open, read or change any other document. - YouTube (
youtube.force-sslscope): access used only to read video details and caption tracks of YouTube videos on channels you manage, when you ask AdForge to write ad copy for a video ad. AdForge does not upload, edit, delete, comment on or otherwise change anything on YouTube. - Google Tag Manager (
tagmanager.edit.containers,tagmanager.edit.containerversionsandtagmanager.publishscopes), optional: requested only if you choose to connect conversion-tracking setup. Access used only to add conversion-tracking tags and triggers to the Tag Manager container you select for a client, and to publish that container after you confirm. AdForge does not edit or delete tags it did not create. - Google Analytics (
analytics.editandanalytics.readonlyscopes), optional: requested only if you choose to connect conversion-tracking setup. Access used only to register conversion events and the Google Ads link on the Analytics property you select for a client, and to read that property's realtime event counts to confirm the tracking works. AdForge does not read or export visitor-level Analytics data. - OAuth tokens: Google gives us a refresh token so AdForge can act on your behalf while you use it. We do not store access tokens.
Information you enter in the App
- Draft campaign changes, ad copy, keyword lists and settings you create or edit.
- Client business profiles (for example services offered, locations and competitors), notes and feedback you enter for the App's analysis features.
- Media you upload to a Google Ads asset library, such as images.
Information we generate
- A log of every change published to Google Ads through the App: who made it, when, which account, and what changed.
- Saved account health checks and audit reports.
Public website content
When you ask for it, AdForge reads publicly available pages of a client's website, such as a landing page or sitemap, to ground its suggestions.
2. How we use information
We use information only to provide and improve AdForge's features for the people using it:
- To show you the current state of the Google Ads accounts you manage.
- To publish the changes you review and confirm. AdForge test-validates every change with Google first and never publishes without a person's explicit confirmation.
- To generate ad copy, keyword and negative-keyword suggestions, ad asset suggestions, and account health and audit reports.
- To keep a change log, including in the team's Google Doc, and to let you undo published changes.
- To keep the App secure and to troubleshoot problems.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build user profiles for any purpose unrelated to the App's features.
3. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
AdForge's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features of AdForge described in this policy.
- We transfer Google user data to others only as needed to provide those features (see "How we share information"), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data to serve advertisements, including retargeting or personalized ads.
- We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Humans at Triple Take Marketing do not read Google user data except as needed to operate the service for you, with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
4. YouTube API Services
AdForge uses YouTube API Services. By using AdForge's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Caption text is used only to write the ad copy you requested and is not stored by AdForge after that request.
5. AI processing
AdForge uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate copy and analysis. To do this, relevant content, such as keywords, ad text, search terms, performance summaries, business profile facts, website text and video captions, is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic acts as our service provider under its commercial terms, which do not permit it to use this content to train its models. Your Google OAuth tokens and credentials are never sent to Anthropic.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with the service providers that run the App, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Google: to read and publish the Google Ads, Google Docs, YouTube, Tag Manager and Analytics data described above.
- Anthropic: to generate AI copy and analysis, as described in section 5.
- Railway: our hosting and database provider.
Information in the App is visible to other authorized Triple Take Marketing team members, for example the shared change log. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, clients or others.
7. Storage, security and retention
- Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and all traffic to the App uses HTTPS.
- Access to the App requires signing in with Google, and each user can only reach the Google Ads accounts their own Google login is permitted to manage.
- Live Google Ads data is read from Google when needed and is not kept as a separate long-term copy, apart from saved drafts, change logs and saved reports.
- We keep your refresh token until you sign out and revoke access, or ask us to delete it. Change logs and saved reports are kept for as long as our agency manages the related account, or until deletion is requested.
8. Your choices and rights
- Revoke access: you can remove AdForge's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (YouTube access can also be managed at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). After you revoke access, AdForge can no longer read or change your Google data.
- Deletion: email us at the address below to have your stored token and personal information deleted. We will complete the request within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation.
- Access or correction: email us to request a copy of, or corrections to, the personal information we hold about you.
9. Cookies
AdForge uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived security cookie during Google sign-in. It stores your light or dark display preference in your browser. AdForge does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
10. Children
AdForge is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to users of the App.
